Tsepiso completed an LLB degree with UNISA and has obtained 24 distinctions. He is a strategic marketer who, over the years, has built impeccable credentials on the subject. He has a decent understanding of corporate governance, corporate finance and corporate law. Tsepiso has been appointed for a period of two (2) years as a panel member with the Department of Human Settlements. He is also part-time staff at UNISA’s Department of Private Law, with specific focus on the Law of Contract as well as Law of Sale and Lease. After completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree, he joined Business Partners as a Business Advisor. He moved to Independent Newspapers as a media analyst before working for Unilever, Coca-Cola, ABSA Bank and NBS in the field of marketing. Tsepiso attended a Management Training Program in the Netherlands and received a Management Development Program certificate. The overall objective of the program was to provide South African managers with an increased understanding of management and marketing and, at the same time, strengthen their skills to develop successful economic and technological relations with foreign partners. Tsepiso was a board member of Zungu Investments (Pty) Ltd, Qhubeka Forensic Services (Pty) Ltd, Crazyslots (Pty) Ltd, PowerFM. He is also an ex Trustee of Indoni Yamanzi Trust and an alternate Director at G4S (Pty) Ltd. He is the ex-Chairman of Limited Payout Machine Association of South Africa and ex Director of Isikhonyane Cleaning Services, Fidelity Supercare Cleaning Services (Pty) Ltd.
Tsepiso is an ex CEO of Crazyslots (Pty) Ltd and Qhubeka Forensic Services (Pty) Ltd, both Zico subsidiaries. Tsepiso was a leading member of the core team that put together the Limited Payout Machines (LPMs) for their Consortium. He was subsequently tasked to make a presentation to the adjudicating committee and they were among the five (5) players in the industry to be granted licenses. Tsepiso is currently the Chairman of Mofisto Investments (Pty) Ltd, ex CEO of Baobab (Pty) Ltd, ex Director at Laager Valour Defense Systems (Pty) Ltd, Vodamec Technologies (Pty) Ltd, Vodamec Solutions (Pty) Ltd as well as non-executive Chairman of Mandiza Civils and Electricals (Pty) Ltd. He is a member of the Institute of Directors as well as a registered member with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA).
He headed a forensic investigation team covering 8 investigations from September 2016 to January 2017 for Eskom. He also carried out consulting work for the City of Joburg developing their land strategy and also Total SA assisting their vendors with proper implementation of corporate governance.
