Mogane completed his LLB at the University of Limpopo in 2009 From July 2010 to July 2012, he served his articles at a renowned Pretoria based law firm and was admitted as an attorney in October 2012. In 2014, he obtained his Right of Appearance in the High Court. In 2021, he completed his LLM in Consumer Protection Law with the University of Pretoria. Post his admission as an attorney, he practiced as a general litigation attorney, accumulating vast experience in civil litigation and commercial crimes litigation. He has commendable experience with speciality in personal injury compensation, administrative law, consumer protection law, consumer credit law, criminal law (commercial crimes court) as well as commercial dispute resolution and litigation. He has represented various private and public entities in litigation matters.
